Born in Ocala, Florida, October 11, 1966; 7th Generation Marion County family; admitted to and licensed for the practice of law in State of Florida, State of Alabama, U.S.District Court Middle District of Florida, U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida, U.S. District Court Middle District of Alabama and United States Supreme Court.

EDUCATION: Stetson University (B.S., 1987); Cumberland School of Law, Samford University (J.D., 1992).

Ms. Thomas practices in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis in eminent domain, ad valorem property assessments, state taxation, and complex litigation including toxic waste and water quality issues. Ms. Thomas handles cases before various county, circuit, and federal appellate and trial courts including the U.S. Supreme Court.
