Lindsey Cappola is an attorney at Morgan & Morgan, P.A., based in the firm’s Ocala office.

Mrs. Cappola completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida, where she majored in political science and was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar. She then earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016, where she was honored with the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award for completing over 300 hours of pro bono work.

Following law school, Mrs. Cappola served as an Assistant State Attorney for the State of Florida, where she prosecuted a broad range of misdemeanor and felony cases, gaining extensive courtroom and trial experience. Thereafter, Mrs. Cappola transitioned to civil practice, where she represented clients in a variety of legal matters.

Today, Mrs. Cappola focuses her legal practice on premises liability and civil trial litigation, where she is committed to securing justice for individuals who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others.
