Gary C. Simons has practiced with the Law Firm since his graduation from the University Of Florida College Of Law in 1967. During that time he has held a number of positions of distinction and has had a broad range of experience as a lawyer. He served as the Assistant Public Defender during the early years of his practice and was responsible for all felony cases assigned to the Public Defender in Marion County Florida. He has also had substantial experience in the private arena as a Criminal Defense Attorney. Mr. Simons served as General Counsel to Central Florida Community College for 17 years and was the School Board Attorney in Marion County, Florida for 6 years. He served as General Counsel for Munroe Regional Medical Center, the community’s largest medical facility, from 1987 to 2007. His practice concentrates on all areas of health law, corporate and transactional law including real estate and estate planning.
